We’re currently partnering with a well-established and growing plumbing business that is looking for a Team Scheduler & Office Administration professional to become the backbone of their office operations. If you enjoy variety in your day, keeping things organised, and being the friendly voice customers speak to first. This could be a great fit.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small but busy team where your work will have a real impact on the day-to-day running of the business.

The Role

This is a varied position where you’ll be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly while supporting both customers and the internal team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming calls and directing them to the right team members

  • Responding to customer enquiries in a friendly and professional manner

  • Scheduling jobs and coordinating the team’s daily workload

  • Recording customer details and maintaining accurate records

  • Preparing invoices and assisting with payment processing

  • General office administration, including managing supplies and equipment

  • Providing administrative support to the accounts team when required

No two days will look exactly the same, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring the business operates efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being organised, proactive and customer-focused.

Ideally, you will bring:

  • Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner

  • A professional and approachable attitude with customers

  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail

  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and email)

  • The ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Previous experience in administration, scheduling or customer service

Experience with SimPRO or job management systems would be an advantage, but it’s not essential as training will be provided.

Bonus points if you have any exposure to marketing or social media, as there may be opportunities to assist the business in this space as well.
